How It Works
1. Submit Request
Fill out the simple digital form above. No need to call support or wait in line.
2. Pack & Send
Pack the items securely and send them to the address on your RMA authorisation. Unless the Merchant’s policy says otherwise, you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping; where the Merchant provides a prepaid label, it will be emailed to you.
3. Get Refunded
Once the item is received and inspected, we process your refund to your original payment method (Shoppi Pay or credit card). Refund timing follows the Merchant’s policy as set out in the Return & Refund Terms.

We believe in hassle-free shopping. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the description, or simply isn't what you expected, you are fully protected by our 14-day Buyer Guarantee. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
